Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms for WedMadeEasy, a product of Quocommerce Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases or bookings through our platform.

1. General rule — non-refundable purchases

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, all payments made on WedMadeEasy are non-refundable. This includes one-time purchases and digital products (for example: e-invites, downloadable templates, app purchases) and any platform fees.

2. Vendor bookings (services)

When you contact or book a vendor through WedMadeEasy, the vendor's own refund and cancellation policy applies to that booking. Vendors may have different rules for cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, and refunds — please review the vendor's stated policy before confirming any booking.

3. If vendor policy is not provided

If a vendor has not published a clear cancellation/refund policy, we strongly recommend contacting the vendor directly to confirm terms before making any payment.

4. Requesting cancellations or refunds

To request a cancellation or discuss a refund, contact the vendor first. If you need assistance, or if the vendor is unresponsive, email us atcontact@quocommerce.comwith the booking details and supporting documents. We will review and help facilitate communication but do not guarantee refunds.

5. Platform discretion & misuse

WedMadeEasy (Quocommerce) reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services, edit or remove content, and cancel accounts or bookings where we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraudulent activity, illegal conduct, or a breach of our Terms & Conditions. This includes cases such as:

  • Copyright infringement
  • Abusive behaviour
  • Fake reviews
  • Other policy violations

6. Third-party providers

Payments processed through third-party gateways, vendors, or external service providers are subject to their own terms and timelines for refunds. WedMadeEasy is not responsible for delays or denials that result from third-party policies.

7. Contact & escalation

If you have questions, complaints, or need help with a cancellation, emailcontact@quocommerce.com. We aim to acknowledge all valid requests within 3 business days and will assist in resolving disputes between users and vendors where reasonable.
